    First of all, I want to know how long the service will take. I need my car on daily basis. When I schedule an appointment, I always pick, wil stay there couple hours until it's done. The moment I walk in the service door, they tell me it's gonna take a couple days. If I knew it would have taken couple days, I wouldn't come here today for example. Then I tell them okay then give me Lyft which is not a favor but a must and they tell me you need to be within 10 miles. If that's the rule, then please do not sell cars to people who live more then 10 miles away. Then I explain the situation, and they say it's okay we will get you lyft. I say thank you and leave. Most of the time the issue is being fixed the next day which is great. Then same conversation again. We can't get you lyft if it's more then 10 miles. I'm explaining them they got me a lytf last time and you should be getting me lyft again. Something out of my control was broken with the car you sold me with a warranty now because of a problem which not caused by me I need to get a lyft to the service which they did not handle my problem within couple hours so I have to go and back again and again. If you are gonna get me a lyft which is the minimum thing you can do for a person in my situation, you should get me a lyft whitout me not listening that 10 miles bs again and again. If you do not want to pay for my lyft, then please fix my car in couple hours, if you can't fix my car in couple hours, then get me lyft right away without sayin that horrible 10 miles rule you are repeating.
