Vw should to go a Vw dealer not a random franchise oil change station. Chose Momentum because it’s close by my home. Next time will probably try another one. Oil change no issues. After I’ve got “your car is ready in 20 minutes” text message it took 2 hours and 2 rounds of “is my car ready” sessions for them to give my key back. Not sure what happened in between. And the car wash was pretty terrible. Exterior, water marks (was cleaner when I handed the car to them); interior minimum effort. I’d say it was still dirty inside and outside despite the claim that it was cleaned. And the most terrible part, the driver mat was not properly placed with the push buttons as if I took the car to middle school car wash fundraising event.

After years of mediocre service this has been the best experience yet. I was met at my car, there was no wait, they provided a loner, and even went above and beyond when there was a miscommunication. I am quite pleased and this is the service that makes me bypass another dealership to come to there’s.
