    Overall Momentum was able to fix the problem and the car is working perfectly so far. Javier, who was the Service Consultant was incredible. The only thing I did not like and I think is not fair for the customer is that I had to rent a car for a week and Momentum was able to provide me with a car after that. The service was due to a car malfunctioning and not because of something I did wrong. Momentum did not reimburse for the car rental charges I incurred.

    My 2023 Taos was recently serviced at Momentum VW in Houston. I have previously had my car serviced at this location on 6/11/24 and 12/3/24 in which the multipoint inspection did not flag the rear brake warranty extension. I then had my car serviced on 1/25/25 and was told that my rear brakes were at a 3, critical for repair. The front brakes were at a 7. I was told that my car would not get the repair done because I was at 30K at that time but under the 2 years.

    Service team is friendly, but a few things... 1. I asked for a quote on new wheels. No email, no text, no verbal. 2. I asked for the timing belt to be replaced along with the recall. Nothing, unless it was done for free? 3. It took almost 40 mins for my car to be brought to me while I waiting. 4. Service was done 1 week ago and my Atlas now stalls at low speed and remote start doesn't work.
