Having to deal with car problems for the past couple of months I just needed someone to help and understand what I needed. That person was Alexi, he paid attention to what I was saying and he made the process so much easier. The service was done in a timely manner and I was so happy about it. Alexi was also a great help when the insurance got in touch with the dealership and he explained everything that happened. So I’m pleased with al the help I got from Alexi and the service department. Attentive from the minute you walk in. Love how they give an update every 30 min thru text . And the best thing is getting your car back after service washed and vacuumed from the inside ! Good as new .Picked up and ready to go in instant . Don’t go to Archer(really bad customer service , Go to Momentum Volkswagen !
