Alexi was outstanding to work with! Alexi! He’s by far the best service advisor I’ve worked with at Momentum Volkswagen. I’ve had my Volkswagen Tiguan for three years, and unfortunately, it’s been in the shop quite a few times. I’ve dealt with several service advisors, and honestly, the service I received before Alexi was so disappointing that I was seriously considering trading my vehicle and walking away from Volkswagen altogether.
But when I brought my car in for a routine state inspection and mentioned an issue with my battery, Alexi was on it immediately. He replaced the battery without any hassle and even made sure my car had an amazing wash before I left the dealership.
He turned what used to be a stressful and frustrating experience into something pleasant and enjoyable.

Despite the fact that I have been informed about a mal function on my brake system every time the answer from the service department was that everything was OK. This time I got the diagnostic from the service department saying I need to change all of the breaking system which I considered this is not right
I Hgit this car from this dealer with a fake “VW Certified” tag, after 20,000miles I need to change rotors???
