Momentum Volkswagen - Chain of Events (January 17, 2025)
• 8:00 AM: Vehicle was dropped off for service.
• 9:00 AM: A meeting was scheduled, and it was necessary for the vehicle owner to return home by this time.
• 9:15 AM: Vehicle owner was taken home by Momentum Volkswagen staff.
• 1:00 PM: Vehicle owner contacted Momentum Volkswagen to inquire about the status of the vehicle and made a payment for the oil and brake fluid service.
• 2:45 PM: Vehicle owner called again for an update and was informed that the vehicle would be delivered by 3:15 PM.
• 3:43 PM: Vehicle was delivered to the vehicle owner.
It is noted that the oil and brake fluid service took more than seven hours to complete.

My complaint is threefold. After paying almost $1,200 for an inspection and regular servicing of my vehicle and waiting three hours, when it was complete, they said "5-10 minutes for the car wash," and I ended up waiting 30 minutes. Several days later I found they installed incorrect windshield wiper(s). Further, after attempting to register my vehicle from out of state, they failed to give me the official inspection. After waiting at the County Clerk's office for 45 minutes, I went back to Momentum VW to get the original inspection signed; however, they were unable to provide me with the original, so they supplied me with a signed copy. After going back to the County Clerk's office, they once again told me the documentation was insufficient, now wasting another 1:15 of my time. Now, I will have to go elsewhere to get an inspection costing me more time and money and go back to register my vehicle. Intensely dissatisfied with the incompetence.
