VW Service Center is way over priced. $130 for an oil change is ridiculous, especially since I purchased the vehicle from y’all.

The service advisory was able to look at the issue and quickly have it resolved the same day, as it was just a necessary software update. Great customer service.

Noah the service advisor was great and very accommodating and helpful. I had to come back for a separate problem from my initial visit and was extremely quick in answering my questions and helping me get back on the road.

I dropped the car off on a Thursday morning and was told it would take 2 days. So, I expected it to be ready Friday after 5. I called Friday at 3 to find out the status and was told it had not even been looked at yet. Needless to say, I was not pleased to hear that, since I need my car and did not have a loaner. I was told they were really backed up and they were sorry. Sorry doesn't drive me anywhere. My only question for the service advisor was why you would not call me to let me know you had not gotten to it yet, but that I have to call to find out myself, on a Friday before the weekend when I need my car. Lastly, I would think that VW would offer a loaner for such a serious recall (faulty air bag), since I had been driving it for several months after being told there was not a "fix yet".
