Apparently, there was a lock change to the service garage, but the employees present were not informed about where the key was or who might have it. As a result, there was a delay before service could begin.

My service manager Toni (Russell) went above and beyond to ensure I was updated when my car took longer than planned. He was also able to secure me a loaner, since I was inconvenienced. I will continue to ask for Toni for my future service needs.
