I had a wonderful experience at Momentum Volkswagen! From the moment I walked in, Christie Hooker was welcoming and professional. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and made the whole process stress-free. She was knowledgeable without being pushy, and explained everything clearly so I felt confident in my decision. The finance team was also great—he made sure I understood all of my options and helped me find the best fit for my budget. I never felt rushed, and they were patient in answering all of my questions. Most importantly, I love my new car! It’s exactly what I was hoping for, and I’m so glad I chose Momentum Volkswagen. The service agent Noah was able to offer me an appointment the next day to get the appropriate warranty service. I trust him and Momentum to take care of any service to my vehicle. In fact, Noah needs a raise.
