LACK OF COMMUNICATION, SERVICE HAS BEEN SUBPAR. I'M REALLY UNHAPPY WITH HAVING TO TAKE MY CAR NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THE SAME ISSUE.

Easy process, polite, helpful with transportation. I had to do the service over two days, one day I stayed in waiting and the second day I went home; the waiting space is clean and comfortable and the drive home on the second day was timely and safe.

I never had any interaction with my assigned service representative. I was given a LYFT at 9am and went to work while my car was being serviced. I called at ~12 to get an update, but my representative was with another customer so the receptionist followed up on my status which was the car was still waiting for a tech to look at the car. I then called back at 5 pm and was told that the Tech was gone for the day. I was still at work with no updates from my assigned service advisor. The receptionist stated that my service advisor was with another customer and would call me back. I asked for a Lyft to dealership. When I arrived my service advisor never greeted me. I spoke a man at te first desk I came to and he printed my paperwork and told me that they did not find anyting wrong with my car and that they could not complete the recall. My car is still making the noise, but still under warrenty. I was very dissappointed with my last experience.

Great service from Tony and the man who handled the finance paperwork. Both of them were easy to work with to trade in my truck and get a Volkswagen Tiguan.

From the moment I called on the phone until I walked out the door AJ took care of me. I left another dealership because they were rude, unprofessional, and kept me waiting hours even though I was just there to sign paperwork. In the same amount of time I waited at the other dealership AJ had my car ready to go and paperwork signed. He clearly knew what he was doing.
