The transition from one car to the new purchase was very smooth. I had my kids who can get agitated when sitting a dealership for hours but the team had me in and out within 45 minutes. I’ve been a customer of Volkswagen for the last 4 years and the customer service has been great.

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that the car wash they gave my vehicle was worse than the self-wash car wash. I would have preferred not getting it washed; it was absolutely a horrible wash.
