    The service was a very easy and seamless process. Loved the option of utilizing the shuttle while my car was being serviced. Alexi was absolutely great. Very communicative and kind during the process. The only reason I give 4 stars is because my car was taken in for an oil change. The suspected issue was resolved and repaired, but now my check engine light is back on 1-2 days after the repair. My car is only 2 years old which is concerning.

    Issue 1: We had an appointment for a Monday. We thought the car was going to be ready by the end of the day, and at the end of the day we were informed that the car had just gone into the shop and it would not be ready until the following day. If we get an appointment in the morning why is the car not checked at that point? Issue 2: I went to pick the car at the end of Tuesday and I realized there is a light on in the dashboard indicating something was not working. I had to leave the car to be fixed on Wednesday - so it took 3 days to do a work that should had been done in one day. All this creates a lot of inconvenience as we need to coordinate transportation for our daily routine with the additional cost that involves.

    Subpar service. Agents are robotic not personable. Over exaggeration and half done service visibly. We will never visit this location again. Agent advised us that getting a previous missed detailed due to their negligence would personally come out of his pocket. REALLY?? And the detail was horrible and advised before leaving.
