Great customer service! Greeted promptly upon entering service department. The scheduled maintenance was considerably quicker than anticipated. When done, received a clean, shiny, serviced vehicle. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

You can definitely tell that everyone there works as a team. I had been in contact with a team member (Nicolas, who is great) and he warm transferred me to Javier, who we spent the majority of our time with. Javi is warm, welcoming, and down to earth. And also very patient with my dumb questions! He made things a lot easier for us, and that was a big deal because this was actually my first car purchase. We appreciated his input and candor so much, thank you Javi!

Sales agent Anna was great, but then at time of pick up of our vehicle, the VW carnet light failed and they couldn't get the issue resolved for almost 96 hours on a brand new vehicle. They tried calling VW and no one would respond to their messages either.. that made us question our purchase..

My Service Advisor/Consultant, Noah, was very thorough and helpful. He answered my numerous questions, provided feedback about my vehicles situation and options to make me feel at ease. I appreciated his patience and flexibility when picking up my vehicle. I needed to leave my vehicle at the dealership for a few days and he texted me updates ever-so-often, which I greatly appreciated. I've had Noah help me in the past and will continue to service here.
