My Atlas needed emergency service. I was traveling from out of town to attend a Texans game and it seemed my travel plans would be ruined, however, Alexi set us up with the service we required. Although VW was not able to provide a loaner vehicle, Alexi arranged for Lyft service to a Enterprise rental vehicles. We were still able to attend the game and make the most of our travel to Houston.
