Volkswagen Richmond, SPECIFICALLY the Richmond location, ( clearlake should be shut down) is the best in their craft, ( specifically Emmanuel) outstanding customer service, phenomenal timing, super knowledgeable, the very BEST. I hope i never have issues with my vehicle again, but if I do, I will always come back to Richmond. Its a pleasure to go there. Thank you!!

Service advisor was perfectly fine. The issue I have is the car keeps having so many issues. 2 times in ~3 years that my coolant hose breaks and needs several days in the shop isn't ideal.
